A point that is so interesting is that none of our friends on that side of the aisle point out when it comes to cost is that the Attorney General has the authority and power under the 1990 Immigration Act to make a determination that they are going to be a burden on the locality or the community or their State. And the Attorney General can send them back if they become public charges within the first 5 years. They never mentioned that.
