Mr. Speaker. I rise today to recognize the life and accomplishments of Mr. Milton J. Rubenstein. Mr. Rubenstein. the son of Russian Immigrants. was born and raised In Syracuse. NY. He attended Nottingham High School and Syracuse University. Mr. Rubensteins life was dedicated to science. But more Importantly. he was dedicated to helping young people understand science In their lives through handson experiments and demonstrations. With this In mind. It Is only fitting that when Syracuses Discovery Center moves Into Its new home at the armory. that It will bear his name: The Milton J. Rubenstein Museum of Science and Technology.
