Mr. Speaker. in a phone call yesterday with the Yugoslavian Prime Minister Milan Panic. he expressed grave concern that the present economic sanctions will result in thousands more deaths this winter of children and elderly because of the lack of heat there. Now the 550.000 refugees who have been in Serbia from both Krajing and BosniaHercegovina. including 90.000 Moslems. are being threatened with being turned out of the homes where they have been. and 400.000 have been in peoples private homes. because they no longer can feed them or provide any heat for them. Mr. Speaker. it is a bad situation all around.
