Mr. SEYMOUR. and Mr. GRAHAM) proposed an amendment to the bill H.R. 5677. supra. as follows: On page 39. after line 24. add the following: "Section 204(b)(4) of the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986 is amended by adding the following: "Any funds not expended by States by December 30. 1994. shall be reallocated by the Secretary to States which had expended their entire allotments. based on each States percentage share of total unreimbursed legalized alien costs in all States. Funds made available to a State pursuant to the preceding sentence of this paragraph shall not remain available after June 30. 1995."
