If the Serbians (1o resort to open bloodshed in Kosova. Albania. Bulgaria. Macedonia. Turkey. and Greece are likely to be dragged into the conflict. This would result in more bloodshed. and a refugee crisis that would rival and possibly eclipse the current disaster in Bosnia anti Croatia. None of Kosovas neighbors can afford a major influx of refugees. particularly Albania. Albania is poverty stricken and cannot feed its own people. much less large numbers of refugees from Kosova. Congress. and the President. must pay more attention to Kosova before it is too late. This resolution makes no mention of Kosova and I think that is a critical mistake.
