Prime Minister Yitzhak Rabin has moved to accelerate the peace process. improve United StatesIsraeli relations. and redirect resources toward helping the absorption of Israels new immigrants. Mr. Speaker. this resolution congratulates the citizens of Israel on conducting a free and fair election. it welcomes Prime Minister Rabin to the United States and applauds his statements and actions. and calls upon all parties in the Middle East to actively and seriously engage In the peace process.
