Government can be so blind. Mr. Speaker. we should let our Coast Guard help and rescue Haitians fleeing Haiti. but the United States Coast Guard should not be in the business of forcing Haitian men. women. and children to return to misery and torment at the hands of a military dictatorship. Watching the pictures of the Coast Guard taking Haitians back to Haiti makes this Member incredulous.
