A close personal friend of mine. Aaron was a commercial developer with projects in 14 States. He got his start by selling inexpensive homes and property to returning World War II veterans. Aaron was the son of a Ukrainian immigrant who arrived in the United States in 1912 from what is now Kiev. As a young man. he worked for a time in his fathers auto and tire business. but soon found his niche in real estate development. He founded Aronov Realty Co. in 1952 as a oneman operation and built it into a diversified company operating primarily in the Southeast.
