So there is a reign of terror. and people are seeking to escape that reign of terror. and we have instituted an inhumane policy until recently. As a result of the objections that have been raised on the floor of this House. as a result of hearings held by the gentleman from Kentucky . and as a result of the press finally beginning to expose what was going on. we have good news to report today: a more humane policy has boon instituted. and we are happy to hear that. But is Is very Important that we take another stop to guarantee safe haven of all of the Haitian refugees hero in this country. Mr. Speaker.
