We will not stop asking to see them and we must not stop demanding basic human rights. dignity. and respect for Syrian Jewry. The resolution has strong bipartisan support. More than 100 Members have Joined me in cosponsoring House Concurrent Resolution 188 to express their profound concern regarding Syrias treatment of its Jewish community. Mr. Speaker. I urge all Members to support House Concurrent Resolution 188 and send a strong signal to the Syrian leadership that depriving Syrian Jews of their fundamental right to freedom of emigration and movement will have a deleterious effect on Syrias future relationship with the United States. This is a simple issue of right and wrong. Mr.
