Mr. Speaker. in any case. this proposal directs the Department of the Interior Parks Service to undertake a study to identify the potential natural historic landmarks in Lynn with particular emphasis on the process of industrialization. as I said. urbanization and immigration. The Secretary is directed to propose alternatives for cooperation in the preservation and interpretation of landmarks so identified. This approach will provide guidance on how best to structure partnerships to preserve and interpret these nationally significant properties.
