Speech #1020095830

I met with a number of their high ranking officials. Including President U TengHul and Premier Hao PoTsun. During the course of our meetIngs. I raised the question that has been of great concern to many Members of Congress and the citizens of the United States concernIng a socalled blacklist of people who have been refused visas for admission Into the Republic of China on Taiwan. I was told categorically that a blacklist did not exist. and that I would get a more detailed. written response to my query. Following Is the response I have received from the Taiwan Government.
