Speech #1020092842

Mr. Speaker. for 70 years. the members of the Miami Section of the National Council of Jewish Women have worked to help those In Dade County who have needed help the most: Children. the frail elderly. the homeless. Immigrants new to this land. and those who have borne the brunt of physical disaster or personal tragedy. Members of the NCJW are simply special people: Bright. caring. generous. wellorganized. talented. and committed. They represent the very best In our community. for their focus Is always on finding ways to help others. I know this from personal experience. My mother was a NCJW member In both Miami and Selma.
