Drug Abuse. and Mental Health Administrations Office of Substance Abuse Prevention for implementation of not to exceed ten demonstration projects to permit substanceabusing women to reside with their children in comprehensive community prevention and treatment facilities. of which $10.000.000 shall be transferred to the Immigration and Naturalization Service for the hiring. equipping. and training of not less than an additional 100 fulltime equivalent Border Patrol agents to be designated to sectors on the United StatesMexico border: Provided. That such positions shall be in addition to the fulltime equivalent Border Patrol positions funded in the Departments of Commerce. Justice. and State. the Judiciary. and Related Agencies Appropriations Act. 1992. of which $5.000.000 shall be transferred to the United States Secret Service for the hiring. equipping and training of an additional 32 fulltime equivalent special agents and 22 fulltime equivalent support and administrative positions for West African counterdrug task forces. of which $28.000.000 shall be transferred to Internal Revenue Service. tax law enforcement. of the hiring. equipping. and training of an additional 200 fulltime equivalent special agents and 100 fulltime equivalent support and administrative positions for drugrelated investigations in designated High Intensity Drug Trafficking Areas. and of which $14.000.000 shall be transferred to the CounterDrug Technology Assessment Center of the Office of National Drug Control Policy for counternarcotics research and development activities. to remain available until expended".
