No. 1. someone has to hire the 9 million laidoff American workers. and. No. 2. someone has to pay for a new batch of immigrants. 140.000 of them with 120.000 of them immediately going on welfare. Now tell me. Mr. Speaker. how do we go home as Members of Congress and justify a President that will let in 120.000 people who are not even American citizens and give them welfare. but vetoes an unemployment compensation bill?
