This will include 2.000 citizens from the Philippines and 100 citizens each from Micronesla. the Marshall Islands. and Palau. There would be no limit on spouses or children. or to beneficiaries who have already met the bills service requirements. There are currently 1.800 service personnel who have met the requirements set by the legislation. Including their families there would be approximately 4.400 beneficiaries. This is a relatively small number of people and it Is consistent with the limits set by current U.S. Immigration law.
