Chinas policy of coerced abortions and forced sterilizations is contrary to any minimal standards of decency and respect for human rights and life. There is no free emigration in China today. Emigration is strictly controlled and those most desperate to leave have no realistic opportunity of doing so. Chinas export of nuclear technology and missiles continues unabated.
