Mr. Speaker. I am pleased to recognize today one of my constituents. Wilma Sabala. who recently was featured In the Miami Herald as the winner of the "Woman of Enterprise Award." The 50yearold Avon saleswoman accepted the award last month In New York City. The award is sponsored by Avon Products. Inc. and the U.S. Small Business Administration. It Is given annually to six women. Including one Avon employee. who excel In their fields. Ms. Sabalas story Is another example of an immigrant who achieved her dream through hard work and determination. In this case. Ms. Sabalas dream was to open a flower shop in Miami.
