Calls for the end of blockades and other uses of force and intimidation directed against Armenia and NagornoKarabakh. and calls for the withdrawal of newly deployed Soviet forces. Calls for an immediate end to deportations of Armenians from NagornoKarabakh and the freedom for all refugees to return to their homes. Calls for dialogue among all parties involved as the only acceptable route to achieving a lasting resolution of the conflict.
