Foremost among them are the Soviet Jewish refugees who have waited many years to enjoy the religious and political freedom for which they have yearned. Today. I pay tribute to an organization In my district. the Beth JacobBeth Miriam School. which has been granted a new cause as a result of glasnost and has used the opportunity to Instill new life Into its educational mission.
