If we do nothing. we climb to 15 billion and beyond. and the whole legacy of hopelessness increases dramatically around the world with dire consequences for us. with enormous numbers of environmental and population refugees being created. and the ability to provide the kinds of opportunities. education. health care. housing and everything else we would like to see for individuals plummet dramatically.
