Ambitious Mexicans whu want to take care of themselves anr their families would prefer to stay in their native land. but if they cannot make it there. they dare to come without documents to our countrywith all the risks and hardship that entallsbecause they hope they can make it here. We caniot build a Berlin wall around our Nation. No strengthening and enlargement of the border control can halt the flow. But a prosperous Mexico would stem the flow by providing jobs at home for those who need them. The fast track is the way for us to help ourselves by helping Mexico achieve thar. status.
