Mr. President. I rise today. to honor a great American. The man of whom I speak is Frank Fat. This Americans contributions to the business and professional community are matched only by his commitment to the Chinese immigrant population. He is a bright light in President Bushs thousand points of light. and his dedication to the United States is highlighted by the establishment of the Frank Fat Foundation. The goals of the foundationbetter education and greater understanding between Chinese and American peopleare aspirations that provide an excellent example of how an individual can have a positive impact on ones community.
