Another segment of our population troubled by unemployment and underemployment is the migrant and seasonal farmworker. A total of $70.3 million has been provided for programs to aid in producing stable. yearround employment for these workers. both in and outside of the agriculture industry. Also included is $51.7 million for migrant health care and $295 million for educational serviced for elementary and secondary. as well as college bound migrant students. Mr. President. the incidence of homelessness is a growing problem for this Nation.
