Today we have such an occurrence. This unprecedented unity on the benefits of increased immigration compels us to support the rationality of codifying the employmentrelated aspects of this bill. Without these measures. we will be inadvertently facilitating the stagnation of the American economy and egregiously renouncing our claim to be the "land of opportunity."
