I would just like to say that I think the legislation is eminently reasonable at this point. It covers only people who are already on the list. If you are not on the list. you are not covered. How many people are on the list. it might be over a 1.000. as the gentleman has said. but it could not be very many. so I do not think it is going to endanger our immigration policy in the least. I think we ought to pass it. I think there is no problem about it. and we ought to do it now.
