Speech #1010214157

The Soviets deny Armenia the right to share with NKAO a part of the economic and humanitarian aid it receives by forbidding road and air traffic from Armenia to NKAO. The few supply flights that make it to NKAO must dodge Azeri fire and then face the Soviet military on the ground. The Soviets continue to restrict western media coverage of Armenia and Azerbaijan. More importantly. the Soviets totally ban the press from NKAO and the outlaying areas where military force is being applied. Almost 300.000 refugees have fled from Azerbaijan. and that number continues to increase as efforts to eradicate Armenians from NKAO. Kamo. Azat.
