I feel this organization will be a credit to Floridas suncoast for years to come. In view of the formation of this new and valued component of the Ninth District. I thought it would be a welcome time to pay tribute to a group of people that I dont often have the opportunityin my areato compliment: SwedishAmericans. Interestingly enough. while only small numbers of Swedes emigrated to America In our early colonial days they began making their mark from the beginning. In fact. descendants of those first Swedish colonists took an active role during the Revolution.
