Mr. Speaker. I rise today to honor a man who has devoted his career to promoting the wellbeing of Italian Immigrants In the United States. the Reverend Joseph A. Cogo. C.S. For 24 years. Reverend Cogo has been executive secretary of the American Committee on Italian Migrafion [ACIM]. In January 1990. he was named vice chairman of the board of the ACIM. On Sunday. March 25. 1990. the Staten Island chapter of ACIM will honor the Reverend Joseph A. Cogo and Yolanda Coda at its annual fundralser. Un Bello In Maschera. which Is being chaired by Giovanna Scana and Norma DArdlgo.
