Ing. deportation of foreign born commu. nists. elimination of AntiAmerican teachings in our colleges and universities. and restriction on the export of American technical knowledge. We saw the threat to America from abroad and from within. but still America held to the course of undefended neutrality. The bombs of December 7. 1941 were only five years away.
