Pony Express riders exploits spawned legends of courage. strength. and dedication which endure today. Mr. Speaker. as an aside. we heard a lot about the 30cent postage stamp this morning. Perhaps we may take a look at the Pony Express as a way to reduce those postal outlays in the future.
