Mr. Speaker. I rise today to congratulate Edward A. Sheeran as he Is honored by the Grand Council of United Emerald Societies of New York for his many accomplishments. Eddie Sheeran Emigrated to New York City in 1961 from Roscommon. Ireland. Shortly after he arrived In the United States. he began his career at Chase Manhattan Bank as a teller. Through his dedication to hard wurk and personal service. Eddie Sheeran rose to great heights within the bank. From his humble beginnings. Eddie became an assistant manager and later was promoted to vice president. Today he serves as Queens division executive and is one of the most visible bankers in Queens.
