What kind of response are we going to get from families where there might be a relative of doubtful status. or even a new refugee or a new citizen that somehow mispercelves the legality of his or her status? So you say: fine. You dont want to count those undocumented aliens. anyhow. So. they just wont get counted. But. no ShelbyRidge proposes that indeed we do count them.
