I would like to submit an article from the Rochester Democrat and Chronicle which discusses one of these El Salvadorans and his hearing for asylum. At the hearing it was revealed that this man had been to Communist Cuba and had received training in small arms. machine guns and grenades. He was also a member of the Communist Party. Not only did he travel to Cuba. but the Cubans paid for his trip to Communist Czechslovakia. This is one of these El Salvadorans that could possibly come under this bill.
