They have not created any real problem in this country. We are not trying to deny anything to others in what has happened. We are trying to live with the facts as they exist on the ground. These people get no advantages other than the continued capability to stay in the United States. They draw no benefits they are not getting now. They do not get grandfathered in under the immigration law. They get nothing. We are just trying to deal with the situation which we ourselves want to happen. and that is the continued march forward to democracy in El Salvador.
