There is unbridled retaliation by the government of Mr. Ceausescu. Mr. Ceausescu obviously intends to make Romania the Cambodia of eastern Europe. He is waging genocide on the culture and civilization of his people and eliminating those who do not knuckle under. Meanwhile. he tries to lure usand he is successful with the U.S. State Departmentwith promises of increased emigration. if we will just require the American taxpayers to continue to finance his tyranny. This Senator says no. and I trust the vast majority of other Senators will say no. as well. Will we wait until all the countless Romanians who want to flee the yoke of Mr.
