We are presently being subjected to such a horrendous invasion of illegal aliens on the one hand. and by illegal narcotics on the other. that it is shaking the very foundation of our nationour economy and the health of our citizens. Yet when you bring up the subject of using our army and navy. even tangentially with maneuvers. you get a sad song about posse cometatus. Now certainly we are not to use our military as a John Wayne posse chasing bandits.
