We are not going to see this crumble. But I guess I think somewhere in the debate they miss the point of what has happened today with the INS. I have submitted into the RECORD that the Immigration Service will not issue any written citations or warnings or take any other enforcement action and that will be during the month of June so employers are completely off the hook if they fail to complete 19 employee work eligibility verification forms. Informational and educational activities will be pursued. I ask unanimous consent to print in the RECORD the Legislative Alert of the AFLCIO supporting my position.
