We are going to have duplication after duplication after duplication. Maybe they will recommend mandated testing. Maybe they will say that before a marriage license is issued. there has to be a test. As I suggested earlier. some mandates may make sense in the future. For example. it has been suggested by many that we should test those who desire to immigrate to the United States. I think that has some merit. Even some opponents of widescale mandatory testing have suggested this step may be necessary because of the tremendous financing problems we will be facing in the years to come if we do not do the testing.
