I really have. because it is such a serious issue. I listened to Senator WEICKIM and Senator HELMS and Senator DAIFORTH. Let me pose a question. And I share this with you as a sincere question because I brought it up recently in a forum at the National Press Club. As you know. I have been involved in this issue of immigration reform. and that is tough enough. The Immigration Reform and Control Act is in existence. This is such a sensitive thing to bring up anywhere. but it is an important Issue regarding the legalization program which is now going on. It will last for a year.
