They have issued summons for American citizens who bring in the wife and child and then bring in the man who is looking for his family. Bail is set at about $1.500 for each of them. Bail is posted by somebody else. The people themselves really have no interest in whether the bail is forfeited. Nobody has made an inquiry of this man as to whether he has a valid claim for asylum.
