I thank the gentlewoman for her kind words. I think the point the gentlewoman makes is extremely important in all this. and that is that it is not just the perception of the mindless. faceless bureaucrat who is filing papers in some back office somewhere who serves the Federal Government. As the gentlewoman has indicated. it is the person at the immigration border trying to stop illegal aliens at some risk to his own security. It is the Drug Enforcement Administration that right now is trying to help rid us of the menace of drugs. It is the FBI with all the spies in the United Nations and the involvement that we know about in those areas.
