Speaker. just let me say to all of my colleagues who are here today that. as I said during the debate on the rule. that this is the end. Rasputin will live. The fact of the matter is that I just want to make it clear that in kind of a crazy way I am glad that it is over. that this is it. An immigration bill is here 6 years after debate and turmoil and emotions up and down. This is the final hour.
