I want to particularly commend the chairman of the Immigration Subcommittee. Mr. MAZZOLI. as well as the ranking minority member of the full Judiciary Committee. Mr. FISH. and the ranking minority member of the Immigration Subcommittee. Mr. LUNGREN for their extraordinary efforts on this matter. not only in this Congress. but over the past three Congresses.
