Now. that is a violation for a pattern or practice. But that individual plant superintendent. that individual hiring foreman is notall he is going to know is that it is jail time if he makes a mistake. As the gentleman from California so eloquently states. he is going to make sure he does not make a mistake because he is not going to consider people who appear to be foreign born. Mr. Chairman.
