I rise in strong support of H.R. 3810 and urge Members to adopt this vital piece of legislation. With this action today. there is still a possibility that a HouseSenate conference can report a bill back to both Houses for final approval. The Nation has waited 8 long years for immigration reform. The time to act is now.
