So I would say to the gentleman. the gentleman indicated to me the difficulties in getting any movement here in the House. not only because we have already been through it once. but because the time was running out. trying to get a rule to get it to the floor. I did ask the chairman not to say no. I am still asking the chairman not to say no. but I want to know if we are going to get anything done. You and I can have all the discussions we want. we get no action whatsoever. and in the meantime we see things suggesting that immigration is absolutely dead.
