In addition. the resolution provided for the continuation of 20 ongoing programs which had not been included in the 13 regular appropriations bills because the authorization process had not yet been completed. That included such programs as: General Revenue Sharing. National Health Service Corps. Alcohol and Drug Abuse Research Program. Refugee and Entrant Assistance Program. Head Start. Community Services Block Grant.
