Chhang Song and the many friends and supporters of Save Cambodia continue to press for the reunification of separated Cambodian families. for better educational programs for the 250.000 displaced Khmer along the ThaiCambodian border. and for greater diplomatic efforts to end the Vietnamese occupation of Cambodia and to provide for the establishment of a free and independent Cambodia. Mr. Speaker. Cambodia Day was also a celebration of the accomplishment of the over 100.000 Cambodian refugees now living in the United States. Because of the role that Chhang Song has played in that remarkable story. I include his speech in todays CONGRESSIONAL RECORD.
