Sarah. have already emigrated to this country and live in my home State of Illinois. but Marks brother. Alexander Pyatetsky. his wife and two children are still waiting in Kiev. In May 1975. Alexander applied for a visa and was refused on the grounds that he knew State secrets. yet. in his capacity as an electrical engineer. he never once used his security clearance. Because of his desire to unite his family with his brother and mother. Alexander was forced to change jobs a number of times.
